Woke up this morning and wasn’t planning on taking new pictures. I’ve been trying to get over a small stomach bug I got Thursday night. Thankfully for me and my family it was just nausea and stomach pain/discomfort more than anything. It just wiped me out. Today I’m doing much better.
So every two weeks I am to update weight, measurements and sometimes pictures for Precision Nutrition. Didn’t realize this week would be a picture update. So pulled out the tripod and snapped some for that. As I looked more closely, I’m seeing lots of good, small and consistent changes.
So the shots with me in the blue tank are from June 2016. I’m now down 16.5 inches since those pictures. I’m now loosing inches in my shoulders, waist, bust, hips, thighs and even my calves. I lost some in my shoulders when I first started but that number stayed the same for a long while.
So all my consistent weight training and now swimming are starting to pay off. Woohoo!!
I need to compare to my original measurements and see what my grand total of inches since I starting running is at. Lately I’ve been focusing on inches lost since starting a certain program or event.
So I’m just going to keep swimming, biking, running and weight training my way to a better and smaller/fitter me.
