Working on getting in a groove

All about consistency and getting it done!  I’m doing pretty well with consistent strength training.  Even had some fun training buddies to help me this week.

I may not be perfect with my food and let a few things slip back in but I am doing well and not wanting high sugary things for the most part.  Going to keep the processed foods down to a minimum since I don’t need that crap anyway.

I’m making sure to enjoy the outside and take in nature.  We have had some warmer days and the turtles are enjoying the sun.  It’s great!!!

Life is too short to wear boring pants!!!  I’m making sure to wear workout clothes that make me happy and feel great.  You should do the same!
