Sorry I’ve been gone, I got sick with strep throat Friday night (and didn’t know it) and it knocked me out until Monday.

yes I’m a geek, nerd, whatever. Running this one with a bunch of Tech friends (and a few others)
I’m going to do the 5k but have tons of friends (MRTT) that are doing the 1/2 Marathon.
Also – I am down 3 more inches. Grand total is now 34.5 inches are GONE!!! Taking new pictures tomorrow. Off to the pool for my lunchtime workout.
