If my hip is better then YES!!!! I’ve got it improving but not sure about running yet. I’m going to go do a bike ride this weekend and will circle the 10k course a bunch of times so more than 12 miles and maybe closer to 20. I’m stretching, rolling and putting heat on it. Walking is hurting a whole lot less now and hopefully I can try for an easy 3 miles sometime this next week when I’m off from work.
So the 5k – my Witness through Fitness group has a bunch running the Flashlight 5k on New Years Eve. I know exactly where the race is and I would love to go do it. Just depends on how my hip feels. Thankfully I can register last minute if I need too.
