So yes I’ve added to my fitness/health/diet book collection. A good friend recommended these two books and my cousin gave me another one too that I may get also. So I will be busy learning new stuff about food and figuring out how to incorporate this into my diet and lifestyle.
I figured this out a while ago but it still bears repeating. To often I hear friends saying they fell off their diet again. It has to be a lifestyle change for it to be permanent. It’s ok to indulge yourself a little bit but you have to limit quantities and types of food for you to loose the weight and then make permanent changes for you to have lasting weight loss.
