I had planned to go for a run tonight on my neighbors treadmill. That didn’t happen – on my way home from work I felt completely wiped out. So I decided to pick up around here and once I was done I did 15 minutes of yoga. I found a series of poses that are great for sciatica. That is something that has plagued me since I was pregnant with my first son. Its only gotten worse since then. Also these poses are very similar to stretches and exercises that my chiropractor gave me. Yeah the ones I’ve been terrible about not doing. So these were simple poses but I could really feel the stretches. So I plan on trying to do these poses once or twice a day. I may even take a yoga mat to work and do it during my lunch. Its always a struggle for me to figure out how to fit something new into my routine.
