Got my boys to bed a little earlier than normal so I took advantage of it. I got my stretches and exercises done per my chiro (I’ve been slack on that sorry! I’m working on it) and then jumped into my kb workout. I finished the entire thing and I am feeling stronger. My back felt better and didn’t feel as tired in the last two sets as it did the last time. So that’s a win!!! Still feeling beat by the workout so I will repeat it on Thursday and then see how I feel. This one kicked my butt, I worked up a sweat and I’m worn out. All good things.
