Kettlebell workout is DONE!

I really wanted to skip this one and just go to bed, but I made myself do it.  I needed to since i only got one workout in last week so I wouldn’t kill my back before the 5k.  I did my second repeat of OTM #3.  It didn’t start to get hard until the last 6 sets or so.  My back didn’t poke at me until the last two sets.  The rest of me was ready to give out before that but I kept going and was ever mindful of my form.

 

I’m cooling off and cruising the internet for a little bit before I crash.
