keeping it easy this week

I am really not near as sore as I thought I would be from my very busy weekend.  I still took it easy (exercise wise) the past two days.  I do plan on swinging my bell tonight and going to Zumba on Thursday.  Last I plan on getting a run in Saturday morning before it gets too hot and before my youngest boy’s birthday party.

I am continuing to feel a little better each week.  I was worn out from my weekend but not wiped out like I would have been  several months ago.  I have my followup with my nutritionist on Friday during my weekly chiropractor appointment.  I’m usually pretty curious to see what has changed based on her observations.  I’ve also got one of the two chiro’s in the office wanting me to help her make a fitness journal.  I’m dragging more people along with me  🙂
