Another fabulous week!

I usually do my weekly measurements on Thursday because I work from home.  Makes it easy and I started that routine 6 months ago so why change it.  😀

I was expecting the same as last week (no change) and was very happily surprised.  I’ve lost another inch off my waist and a 1/2 inch off each thigh.  So that brings my total to 17 inches are gone.

So here is the current breakdown

Waist is down 4 inches

Arms are down 1 inch per arm – 2 total

Thighs are down 3 inches per leg – 6 total

Hips are down 5 inches
