Of course I have a plan for this week. 😀
I’m taking some time off work so I will have some more free time to fit in what I want and still have some fun this week. Also, I’m running the Hot Biscuit Race on the 14th so I don’t need to kill myself either.
Sunday (yes I know that was yesterday): Kettlebells
Monday: off
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: morning run
Thursday: kettlebells and maybe zumba (in the pm)
Friday: off
Saturday: Run
Sunday: maybe a bike ride with a group – depends on what is going on.
Feeling pretty good after my run on Saturday and my kettlebell workout yesterday. My back is less sore which is great and means it’s getting stronger. Next week I will get in one run and zumba and we will see about the kettlebells. Maybe one workout but probably not two so I don’t over work myself since I am running a race. Hope everyone has a great 4th of July and don’t set anything on fire 😀
