I got it all in, just barely. I got my second kettlebell workout done just a few minutes ago because it was the only time I could fit it in.
Plan for this new week:
Monday: off
Tuesday: kettlebell
Wednesday: run on treadmill
Thursday: Zumba, yoga (maybe)
Friday: Kettlebell
Saturday or Sunday: Run outside, maybe a family bike ride on the other day
The only thing that might shift stuff around a little is if we end up at the pool after work and then I will get a swim workout in.
