I started Trim Healthy Mama (THM) about 3.5 months ago. I seem to do really well during the week and then not so much on the weekend so that works against me but even with that I am down 8.6 lbs. I hit this mark on Tuesday, after I know i had dabbled a little too much in the Halloween candy!! But I got back on track on Monday and here I saw the lowest number on the scale in about 10 months the next day. I am so close to getting to a major goal that has eluded me. I have reached it before and then promptly bounced right back above it. It likes to taunt me and say, “ha ha you are never going to pass me!!” But now I actually think that I can do it!! This makes me very happy and that I plan on continuing to loose during the next 2 months that most of the time we gain due to the holidays.
Another big win is that I have lost another 1/2 inch out of each upper knee/lower thigh so that brings my total to 37.5 + inches of me are now gone!!! I think I can finally and officially say that I am back on the loosing track!!1 WOOHOO!!!
So last year I completely 12 races (equals 1 a month even though that didn’t’ quiet happen, had one or two where I did 2 races and none the next month) all of these are 5k’s. This year I have completely 13 events as of the end of October which includes 7 5k’s, 2 10k’s, 4 tri’s, and one 2 day bike event (94 miles). I have 2 more 5k’s that I am registered for and 2 more that I potentially could do. If I do all of them, that puts me at 17 events for the year. I’m blown over by how much I have done this year 😉 It’s exciting!!!!
