Already redeemed myself

Went for a swim and kicked some butt.  Met a friend and we swam for an hour.  I did the following:

100 warmup

100 kick drill

150 stroke drill

150 kick drill

200 stroke drill

100 kick drill

500 – 50’s slow and steady average pace 1min

100 cool down

Total of 1400 yds – a new record.  Stroke feels stronger and even though I was tired b/c of my run yesterday it felt good.  Legs felt good and were not tight at all.
