Did get in the pool yesterday and felt good. My breathing is more consistent and it took till the last two 50’s for me to be less consistent and ready to be done.
Getting a run this afternoon (first time in 1.5 weeks) with a nice group of ladies from MRTT. My leg has been feeling better and I’ve had much less tightness from my hamstrings. I’m interested to see how my leg does today. Doing 3-4 miles at a nice easy pace.
