Got a short run in tonight.

I went up to my neighbor’s house to use her treadmill after I got my boys showered, dressed for bed and eating dinner with their daddy. I ran for 5 min stretches and then 2 min walk breaks. My glutes were sore and mad at me since I did a kettlebell workout last night. Ran/walked for a total of 30 min. Nothing fancy, not a long (for me) run, just a get on the treadmill and run. I felt pretty good except for the glutes and my legs otherwise felt decent. So that all makes this a good run.
