I did it – tried something new. It was a very small class and meant to be peaceful and relaxing. It was centered around deep breathing and proper posture. We did stretching slowly from our feet to all the way up to our hands. Then we finished with Shavasana ( relaxation) where I just about fell asleep I was that comfortable and relaxed. I struggle with being able to clear my mind of everything so I really tried to just focus on my breathing and if my mind started to wander off, I would try to just return to concentrating on inhaling and exhaling. I really liked the small studio I found this week. They offer multiple classes throughout the week. I am going to “try” and hit one a week if I can.
